French verbs that are worth their weight in gold

The following verbs below in gold (no matter which tense you use them in)  can ALWAYS be followed by the infinitive (i.e., the full verb). What an easy way to show off your French skills! 

Let us look at an example:- 

VENIR – to come   
Il vient voir les enfants  - he is coming to see the children 

Il viendra voir les enfants -he will come to see the children 

Il venait voir les enfants – he used to come to see the children 

Each example contains the verb venir, just in a different tense. This verb is followed by the infinitive “voir” (the full verb).
